These terms govern use of GleamBid by a home-service business ("Operator," "you") that embeds the GleamBid quote widget on their website and/or uses the GleamBid dashboard.
GleamBid provides an embeddable instant-quote widget, lead tracking, and optional calendar scheduling for home-service businesses. GleamBid computes quotes from pricing details you configure — you are responsible for keeping those numbers accurate and for honoring any quote your widget produces.
Access to the GleamBid dashboard is via a login link sent to the email address on your account. You're responsible for keeping that email account secure, since it is the sole means of access.
If you connect a Google or Apple calendar, you authorize GleamBid to check that calendar's free/busy status and create events on it when a visitor books an appointment through your widget, exactly as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a calendar at any time from your dashboard.
You agree not to use GleamBid to collect information from visitors for any purpose other than responding to their quote/service request, and not to use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
GleamBid is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Quotes produced by the widget are estimates based on the inputs and pricing you configure — GleamBid does not guarantee their accuracy for any particular job, and you remain responsible for confirming final pricing with your customer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GleamBid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including a missed or double-booked appointment.
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of GleamBid after a change means you accept the updated terms.
