Why it's safe

The Code is the product.

Everyone signs it at the door. Breaking it means strikes; poaching means a permanent ban, first offense. The short version:

  1. The customer belongs to the poster. Forever. No soliciting, no side deals, no "here's my card." Ever.
  2. No self-promotion on the job. No wrapped truck at the property, no signs, no branded anything.
  3. The customer always knows a vetted partner crew is coming — under the poster's name, pricing and guarantee. No surprise trucks.
  4. Payment on the ticket's terms, stated up front — 7 days by default, longer only if the ticket says so before you take the job. Direct, poster to member. GleamBid takes no cut of your job.
  5. Verified members only — state registration where your trade requires it, proof of insurance where it doesn't.
